Are my sickness absences monitored?

Managers regularly review sickness records. The following indicators may be used to prompt a review:
- 6 or more working days absence in a 3 month period
- 10 or more working days absence in a 12 month period
Appropriate action will be determined by the Line Manager in each case.
A referral to Occupational Health may be appropriate in circumstances of reoccurring absences.
