Can I take time off to look for another job if I am at risk of redundancy?

Answer

A member of staff who has been given notice of dismissal due to redundancy and has been continuously employed for at least 2 years is entitled to a reasonable amount of time off with pay to look for another job or to arrange training. Time off should be agreed in advance with your manager.
