What options are there for me if I feel that I am experiencing bullying, harassment or sexual misconduct?
Answer
There are a number of options open to individuals who feel that they are experiencing bullying, harassment or sexual misconduct which include:
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Seeking advice from their Line Manager, People and Organisational Effectiveness or trade union representative
- Seeking support from the Anti-Harassment and Bullying Team (AHBT)
- Raising it with the individual
- Reporting anonymously
If reporting procedures detailed above do not achieve success or the incident is considered too serious by the individual to be subject to those processes, the individual or group can submit a complaint using a grievance form.
