I am an existing member of staff and I require a DBS check - What do I do?


Answer

First of all you need to complete a DBS initiation form and return it to hr@lancaster.ac.uk. HR will then review your details and register you with our DBS provider REED who carry out DBS checks on behalf of the University. REED will then be in touch with you via email to carry out your application.
