What happens to my annual leave entitlement whilst on maternity/paternity leave?

If you are on maternity/paternity leave, your annual leave balance is not updated until you return from maternity leave as this is often liable to change.
You will be contacted once you have returned with a breakdown of what should be reimbursed. This will include any leave carried over from the previous year and any closure days /bank holidays that fall on your rostered days. If you have taken leave immediately after your maternity period you will need to book this on the system once your leave has been updated.
