I have refreshed the data on PeopleXD, and the mandatory training is still not showing. What should I do?

If your training still isn’t appearing after refreshing the data. Please contact mandatorytraining@lancaster.ac.uk with a screenshot if possible, of proof of the completion from the mandatory training screen.
