I have a staff member returning to work from Maternity Leave, what should I do?

We require employees to notify us at least 8 weeks prior to the intended return to work date.

Line Managers are expected to notify HR as soon as possible with this date so that the salary will be processed in time for their return.

A meeting should be held with the employee to support a smooth transition back into the workplace.
